NATHANIEL GOLDSTEIN, ESQ.
ASSOCIATE

Mr. Goldstein grew up in the Los Angeles area. He received his JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, in 2010. Prior to that, he received a BA in History and political science at American University in Washington, D.C., and spent two years studying Jewish law in Jerusalem, Israel.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Nathaniel’s practice focused on data privacy and commercial transactions, with experience in advising clients on HIPAA and the California Consumer Privacy Act, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including master services agreements, SAAS agreements, HIPAA business associate agreements, and CCPA service provider agreements, with experience in the software, entertainment, and insurance and employee benefits services industries.
In his spare time, Nathaniel enjoys indoor cycling, reading fantasy or science fiction, and playing board games.
