FRAUD "RED FLAG" TRAINING SEMINARS
In addition to handling hundreds of SIU files, Philip Segal of the firm offers a "Red Flag Training Seminar" in fraud detection that focuses on educating insurance adjusters, private investigators, and defense attorneys about the indicators of suspicious or fraudulent activity. This seminar describes what to look for when evaluating the veracity of Claimants, Health Care Providers, Plaintiff's Attorneys, Property Damage, and Wage Loss in suspicious claims. The course is intended to satisfy the requirements of California Code Regulations Section 2698.42 for education and training in this area.
